Dry Rot fungus - is like a timber cancer. Dry rot is a fungus which eats wood leaving damp dust. Dry rot needs a source of water but can invade and destroy timber which is not wet - hence it's name. Dry rot can quickly destroy floors and roofs. Characteristic evidence.......
