For your extra protection Dampco guarantees can, for a small charge, be insured at Lloyds by the Guarantee Protection Trust Ltd. -  20 year guarantees
Should Dampco cease to trade, for any reason, the GPT would then will honour Dampco written guarantees.

3 Property Care Association  

To be a member of thePCA the surveying staff must be a  Certified Remedial Treatment Surveyor.
To be a member of the PCA the contracts and management must comply with strict BWPDA Codes of Practice.
The PCA periodically inspect the company and it's facilities to check current standards.
Staff attend regular meetings where developments in the industry are discussed.

With respect to no significant visual improvement Dampco will refund the cost of supplying the unit within a period of 28 days from the date of delivery. 
This no quibble guarantee is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect these rights in any way. 
Normally allow up to two weeks to obtain positive results. If not satisfied in any way return the unit in the original box for a full refund.
