2 Guarantee Protection Trust Insurance

Dampco treatments meet or exceed all current British & BWPDA standards and are guaranteed for 20yrs
For your extra protection Dampco guarantees can, for a small charge, be insured at Lloyds by the Guarantee Protection Trust Ltd. -  20 year guarantees underwritten by NIG SKANDIA LTD UP TO £100,000 PER POLICY. 
The GPT is an insurance company with £1,600,000 assets. 
Should Dampco cease to trade, for any reason, the GPT will honour Dampco written guarantees.
This policy is only available to members of the BWPDA

3 British Wood Preservation and Dampcoursing Association  

To be a member of the BWPDA the surveying staff must be a  Certified Remedial Treatment Surveyor.
To be a member of the BWPDA the contracts and management must comply with strict BWPDA Codes of Practice.
The BWPDA periodically inspect the company and it's facilities to check current standards.
Staff attend regular meetings where developments in the industry are discussed.

+ Guarantees for Anti-condensation Units.
 
With respect to no significant visual improvement Dampco will refund the cost of the unit within a period of 28 days from the date of delivery. 
This no quibble guarantee is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect these rights in any way. 
Normally allow up to two weeks to obtain positive results. If not satisfied in any way return the unit in the original box for a full refund.
MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEES FOR PARTS AND LABOUR VARY ACCORDING TO THE PRODUCT PURCHASED NORMALLY BETWEEN 2 AND 5 YEARS
